Lindbergh Schools has formed a committee to create a strategic plan that will define the district’s work for the next five years. The next committee meeting will be an open community forum on Monday, Oct. 29.
The Lindbergh Schools Board of Education voted during its October meeting to approve the 2019-20 academic calendar. The calendar has 175 school days, including six early release days and four half days.
District administrators met with representatives from local churches on Sept. 25 to provide an update on district programs and discuss how both institutions can work together to meet the needs of students.
Lindbergh has a 24-year tradition of receiving the best audit opinion a school district can get, dating back to 1994. The “unmodified rating” means the audit found no instances of noncompliance or deficiencies.
