Every five years, Lindbergh Schools engages community members across the district to develop a Strategic Plan that will support student success and guide annual goals.

The current Strategic Plan was approved by the Board of Education in March 2024. Development of the plan began in August with extensive community engagement, and continued through January with three meetings of a Steering Committee that included parents, staff, students, local community leaders and business people from across the district. The work was led by Education Governance Leadership Association (EGL).
