District Announces New High School Activities Director
Lindbergh Schools is pleased to welcome Mr. Sean Erwin as Director of Activities for Secondary Schools. Mr. Erwin has served as an athletic and activities director for 14 years, most recently at Francis Howell High School in St. Charles.
Erwin currently leads and supports 75 activities and clubs at FHHS, providing supervisory and operational leadership, developing marketing and communication strategies, and leading strategic planning for these programs. At Lindbergh, he will continue to support student clubs, activities, organizations and athletics, with a priority focus on helping students find success through involvement in school programs.
The Activities Director will serve as a member of the Lindbergh High School Administrative Team, and will oversee coordination and operations for student extracurricular programs, including clubs, student government, school events and assemblies. This role will also supervise performing and fine arts programs, cheer and poms, and will support operations and coordination for middle school extracurricular activities as well.
Erwin began his career as a Lindbergh High School PE and social studies teacher, during which he also coached football and baseball. He earned a Education Specialist Leadership Degree in Superintendency and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Southwest Baptist University. In addition, he holds a Master of Education in Athletic/Activities Administration from William Woods University, a Master of Science in Education in Classroom Instruction from Missouri Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Maryville University.
