Prop L 2010 graph Thank you for visiting the Lindbergh Prop L Web site. All content on this site is intended for informational purposes only.

Current Situation: Since 2007-08, Lindbergh Schools has experienced a $14 million drop in local revenues, which make up 90 percent of the district’s total income. The Board of Education has cut close to $7 million in operating expenses in response, including 60 positions last spring, but even that is not enough to retain current teachers and protect our top-ranked educational programs.

    What is Prop L?

Bus Kids Prop L (Lindbergh) is a 65 cent tax levy rate increase proposal on the Nov. 2 ballot.

    Prop L Does:

    • Allow Lindbergh Schools to retain current teachers, and protect programs and class sizes by eliminating deficit spending
    • Protect services such as bus transportation to and from school
    • Secure property values for district residents
