Facility Rentals

  • As a service to the community, Lindbergh Schools may allow community groups and individuals to use district facilities for educational, recreational, social, civic, philanthropic and other similar purposes when the facilities are not being used by the district or district-sponsored groups. Granting a request to use district facilities does not constitute district endorsement of the activity, organization, organization's mission or any opinion expressed by the individual, groups or members of the groups.

To inquire about renting a room in the district, please follow the guidelines below:

    • Review Policy KG and Administrative Procedure KG-AP(1)

    • Facilities may only be rented by district residents. Groups and activities must be non-profit.

    • Each school is responsible for scheduling its own event spaces. If you are interested in renting space in a district facility, you must contact the specific school to see if the date and space you are requesting is available. You may also arrange a tour of the space to see if it meets your needs.

    • A certificate of insurance is required. The coverage limits shall be no less than $2 million. 'Lindbergh Schools' shall be named as 'Addtional Insured' on the insurance certificate.

    Booster Group Facility Rental Guidelines
