Community Use of District Facilities
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept Group C indoor facility use requests for the 2020-21 school year. Group C outdoor use will be available starting on June 1, 2021 for practices and small group activities only. We will continue to monitor district facility use during the semester and all rental groups will be required to sign an agreement form with updated terms and conditions, as well as share a plan demonstrating strict health and safety guidelines. Classrooms that are used for student learning during the day will not be available for reservations. Spaces currently available for use are gyms, cafeterias, fields, pool, or parking lots. Outdoor events may be limited based on the location, depending on the space and ability to maintain social distancing. Indoor events can have two spectators per participant, if there is enough space for social distancing. Groups must maintain attendance records for indoor events and produce them to the district upon request. There will also be a $25.00 cleaning fee per date for indoor use, in addition to any other applicable fees. For any questions or a full list of updated terms and conditions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Click here for St. Louis County Public Health information.
As a service to the community, Lindbergh Schools may allow community groups and individuals to use district facilities for educational, recreational, social, civic, philanthropic and other similar purposes when the facilities are not being used for district or district-related activities. Granting a request to use district facilities does not constitute district endorsement of the activity, organization, organization's mission or any opinion expressed by the individual, groups or members of the groups.
District facilities may not be used by for-profit entities or by individuals or groups conducting business for the primary purpose of making a profit for an individual or group. Priority will be given to applicants who wish to use district facilities for purposes that directly benefit district students. Use of district facilities will not be granted if the use conflicts or interferes with a district activity, and all uses granted are contingent upon the district's needs.
Requests must comply with:
- Lindbergh Schools Facility Use Classifications
- Policy KG, Administrative Procedure KG-AP(1) and Facility Use Guidelines and Procedures
- Fees as set by the Lindbergh Schools Board of Education
Check Availability, Request Use Online
