Information Requests

  • Lindbergh Schools follows the Missouri Sunshine Law regarding disclosure of public records. We believe that local control of public education is best served when the patrons of the district and other members of the public have access to the meetings, records and votes of the Board. 

    In addition, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) affords parents and students 18 years of age or over ("eligible students") certain rights with respect to the student’s education records. (Note: FERPA requests are not public records and are not subject to disclosure to anyone except a student's legal parent or guardian.)

    Please provide your request for records on the form provided by the district.  This will permit us to identify with certainty what you are seeking.  It will also assist us in maintaining accurate records regarding the district’s response.  We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in completing the form.
