Eligibility Criteria

  • The Lindbergh Leader Award is the district's highest honor in recognition of leadership and service. Individuals may only be recognized once as a Lindbergh Leader. Persons eligible for the Lindbergh Leader awards include any individual who serves Lindbergh students and the community. This includes community members, volunteers, caregivers, district employees and alumni.

    A Lindbergh Leader is someone who:

    Volunteers/Community Members

    • Has made a long-term commitment to Lindbergh Schools
    • Demonstrates consistent leadership and performance
    • Has provided extraordinary service to the Lindbergh community
    • Motivates and inspires others as an active and positive role model
    • Supports the district as a participant at district functions
    • Gives generously with their time, talents or resources

    Employees

    • Goes far above and beyond expectations of role or position
    • Extraordinary service to Lindbergh community extends beyond work responsibilities
    • Has made a long-term commitment to Lindbergh Schools
    • Demonstrates consistent leadership and performance
    • Motivates and inspires others as an active and positive role model
    • Supports the district as a participant at district functions
