The Lindbergh Leader Award is the district's highest honor in recognition of leadership and service. Individuals may only be recognized once as a Lindbergh Leader. Persons eligible for the Lindbergh Leader awards include any individual who serves Lindbergh students and the community. This includes community members, volunteers, caregivers, district employees and alumni.
A Lindbergh Leader is someone who:
Volunteers/Community Members
- Has made a long-term commitment to Lindbergh Schools
- Demonstrates consistent leadership and performance
- Has provided extraordinary service to the Lindbergh community
- Motivates and inspires others as an active and positive role model
- Supports the district as a participant at district functions
- Gives generously with their time, talents or resources
Employees
- Goes far above and beyond expectations of role or position
- Extraordinary service to Lindbergh community extends beyond work responsibilities
- Has made a long-term commitment to Lindbergh Schools
- Demonstrates consistent leadership and performance
- Motivates and inspires others as an active and positive role model
- Supports the district as a participant at district functions
