With ITEF grant, Aviation course takes flight at LHS
August 21, 2023
Last school year, the Innovative Technology Education Fund (ITEF) awarded a total of $282,149.40 to seven area schools, including Lindbergh High School, through its 2023 Innovator Grants program. These competitive grants are provided to encourage schools in the region to advance creative, novel thinking through the use of state-of-the-art technology.
During the 2023-24 school year, LHS will use its $54,871 grant to support continued efforts to build an aviation career path, including the principles and physics of flight and FAA drone certification.
