Lisa Janis has been teaching in the Lion Room at Lindbergh Early Childhood Education since 1993. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in child and family development from Truman State University and her teaching certificate and Master of Arts in early childhood education from Webster University. Lisa is trained in Project Construct Curriculum. She is also CPR and First-Aid certified.
Lisa takes pride in seeing how children grow and become logical thinkers, which will help them throughout their learning years. In 2013, Lisa was named the National Child Care Teacher of the Year by the Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Foundation. Lisa was also named Lindbergh Schools' Teacher of the Year in 2013.
