Kathryn Menke has been working with LECE in the Kindergarten Warm Up program since 2021 and has also worked at the elementary school level within the district. She earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. Kathryn has been teaching in early childhood education since 2010. Kathryn says she, "loves helping my students experience school and grow into lifelong learners."

Susie Agniel joined the Lindbergh Early Childhood Education in 2024. Susie has her Masters in Education and has been teaching since 2002, including work with 2nd, 4th, and 5th graders on play writing through the Repertory Theatre. Most recently, Susie served as a Special Instructor for the Missouri First Steps Program, a resource that works closely with Parents as Teachers. As a Special Instructor, Susie had the opportunity to work alongside a variety of therapists, including OTs, PTs, and SLPs, exposing her to a very rich and comprehensive understanding of early childhood development. Susie believes the family is the first and most important teacher and is excited to help her students meet their hidden potential.
