Concord Elementary School is in session from 8:45 a.m.-3:35 p.m. on regular school days. Students arriving late must enter through the main office and sign in before receiving a pass to class.

Families wishing to pick up students before the end of the school day must notify the main office by phone, written note or in person before 2:35 p.m.

Arrival

Students will enter the building in the front of school when doors open at 8:30. There is no adult supervision until this time, so please do not drop students off early.  Students may head to the cafeteria to purchase a breakfast if needed. All children who are late to school after 8:45 a.m. will need to sign in at the office with an adult.

Family Drop-Off

In the morning, family drop-off will utilize a double line of traffic through the side parking lot off of Twilight Drive towards the front of the building. Please pull forward and students may exit cars once all cars are stopped. We ask that caregivers do not get out of the car in the drop-off line. We will have adults available to assist students as needed.

Dismissal

If students are not riding the bus, they will be dismissed through the family pickup process.

Family Pickup

Due to safety concerns and space limitations, we encourage families to arrive for pickup after 3:05 p.m. Vehicles will form two lines, side by side, to pick up students. As vehicles enter the parking lot from Twilight Drive, please announce your arrival in the PikMyKid app.

Once your vehicle has reached the designated loading zone, your student will have permission to enter your vehicle. Once all vehicles in the loading zone are filled, you will be given permission to exit the parking lot. For the safety of all students and staff, vehicles outside of the loading zone should avoid loading students or exiting the parking lot.
