Featured Home
This year’s featured home offers double the fun for tour guests, including two gourmet kitchens, two living rooms, two dining rooms, two bedroom wings and more, all tastefully decorated for the holidays. This stunning, custom-built 6,000-square-foot house has a flowing floor plan with an attached townhouse that easily integrates with the main house or can be closed off for privacy. This innovative floor plan allows the house to be used as a spacious single-family property, or a home for multiple generations. The architectural details include curved archways and staircases, stone fireplaces, a finished lower level, a music room, and a complete workout room over the multicar garage. The beautiful landscaped grounds include decks, stone walkways and a fish pond. This is a home our tour guests will enjoy and remember!
