Affton Chamber Honors Lindbergh Educator, Officer
Kiwanis Honors LHS Student of the Month
The Kiwanis Club of Crestwood-Sunset Hills recently honored Lindbergh High School senior Brooke Harmon as student of the month, recognizing her outstanding athletic and academic achievements.
Brooke recently signed to play volleyball with Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill. During her time at LHS she has earned a 4.4 GPA while taking advanced courses and playing volleyball, basketball and soccer. She has been captain of both the volleyball and basketball teams, and is a member of Link Crew, Future Business Leaders of America, and National Honor Society.
Chamber Honors LHS Student of the Month
The Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce recently recognized Lindbergh High School senior Daniel Hof as student of the month for February. Daniel is currently enrolled in six Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate classes, and has a 4.2 cumulative GPA. He plans to attend the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis next fall.
Daniel participates in water polo, swimming and wrestling. He has earned state honors in backstroke and freestyle swimming, and is involved in National Honor Society, Leadership Committee and the Young Republicans Club. Outside of school, Daniel volunteers with St. Vincent DePaul and the Knights of Columbus.
Affton Chamber Honors Lindbergh Educator, Officer
The Affton Chamber of Commerce recognized two Lindbergh staff members during its annual Auction and Awards banquet at Andre’s South on Jan. 23. Sappington Elementary School Librarian Karen Czaicki was named an Affton Exceptional Educator, and Lindbergh High School School Resource Officer Paul Gordon was named a First Responder of the Year.
