It's Time to Fly in 2014-15
August 29, 2014
Lindbergh Schools is honored to provide high-quality education for all students, and the support we receive from our community is unparalleled. A shining example of this commitment to excellence occurred last spring with the approval of Prop G, which will help us build a sixth elementary building on the Dressel School property.
More than 65 percent of voters cast a ballot in favor of the award-winning, world-class education available in Lindbergh. This election proved that our community values quality learning environments and individualized instruction for all students. As new families continue to move into our neighborhoods, Prop G will help us grow strong by ensuring that future generations of Flyers have the same educational opportunities as our 2014 graduates.
Lindbergh continues to lead the state academically, earning Missouri’s No. 1 ranking for student achievement for five straight years. Five Lindbergh schools have been recognized as National Blue Ribbon Schools, six have been named National Schools of Character, and teachers in all buildings have reached the highest level of technology training to become LiNC (Lindbergh Interactive Classrooms) certified.
This year, Lindbergh High School’s graduating class earned 624 scholarships with a monetary value of $16.6 million. With the continued support of our community and success of our students, now more than ever, it is Lindbergh’s Time to Fly. Thank you for your continued support
Sincerely,
