December 11, 2014
Long Elementary School students and staff gathered on their new playfield Nov. 21 for an impressive all-school photo celebrating the school’s 2014 National Blue Ribbon Schools Award.
All 611 students wore matching blue shirts, and with the help of teachers and the Crestwood and Fenton fire protection districts, they spelled the word “LONG” for all to see.
Capt. Chris McCarthy of Fenton Fire Protection District took this amazing aerial shot for the school.
