Superintendent Search Community Feedback
October 27, 2017
This fall, the Board of Education is conducting a search to hire the next superintendent of Lindbergh Schools. The board has hired the Missouri School Boards’ Association to conduct the search, and is working closely with MSBA consultant Dr. Brent Underwood throughout this process.
As one of the first steps in the process, the board would like to hear from you – parents, employees, and Lindbergh residents. Please complete the Superintendent Search Community Feedback Form to share your input on the desired characteristics and skills you would like to see in our next superintendent. Remember, all characteristics listed are desirable, but we are interested in knowing your perceptions about which characteristics are "most important" for Lindbergh Schools.
Please share your thoughts by completing the feedback form linked below, on or before Nov. 8. (This form is designed to provide feedback to the Board of Education, and is not a scientific survey.)
In addition, Dr. Underwood will host a Community Feedback Forum at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 8, in the Lindbergh Early Childhood Education multipurpose room. All are welcome.
On behalf of the Board of Education, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your willingness to participate and look forward to learning your perspective.
