To improve access for our customers and ensure competitive pricing, Lindbergh Schools is transitioning to an online system for liquidating declared surplus property. We are using the GovDeals online auction site, a national site that many local schools and governments use to liquidate surplus equipment. This process helps us maximize revenue from the sale of such property, which goes directly back into Lindbergh Schools and programs, and it minimizes labor and storage costs because items will not accumulate for an annual auction. Items that have been declared surplus property by the BOE will be posted online soon after they become available, so please check back often for updates. Users can set up an individualized account to place bids and review local and nationally listed items by following the steps below.
