Lindbergh Schools uses SchoolMessenger to communicate with parents quickly and effectively. SchoolMessenger is a secure system that allows us to access the most accurate, up-to-date contact information for parents using our Student Information System. Communication tools include:
- Email: Principals send their weekly newsletters using SchoolMessenger, and the school district will occasionally send district-level news and updates. In addition, Lindbergh Community Ed uses SchoolMessenger to share news about Summer Enrichment, and upcoming sports and activities offerings.
- Phone: Lindbergh Schools will only use phone messages for school closings (ex: snow day) or emergency communication. You may also receive school-specific messages that are timely and require immediate notification. We respect your time outside of school and will not use automated phone calls for messages that are not urgent.
- Text: Text messages allow the district to reach parents immediately in the event of a school closure (ex: snow day) or emergency situation. Principals also rely on text messaging to share school-specific updates and reminders. Parents must opt in to receive text messages. Click here for text messaging instructions.
- Social Media: SchoolMessenger connects with our district and school social media accounts, so we can share notifications on Facebook and Twitter as well.
