Lindbergh Schools is taking a proactive approach to addressing the aggressive student enrollment growth that comes with being named Missouri's No. 1 school district for academic achievement for five consecutive years. Construction projects are popping up all over the district, including a sixth elementary school, a new early childhood education building on the Truman Middle School campus and Prop G improvements at Lindbergh High School.
Dressel Elementary School will be Lindbergh’s sixth elementary school when it opens in fall 2017. Dressel is designed as a neighborhood school with the capacity to serve 650 students in grades K-5. It will provide essential relief to overcrowding districtwide.

Improvement projects scheduled at Lindbergh High School include modernizing the library. Construction crews finished adding two new science classrooms and updating the Gym 3 bleachers and floors in fall 2015. The new cafeteria addition opened in January 2016. Click here to learn more.
