E-Rate Bidding Information

  • Bidding vendors are encouraged to check this website periodically for any addendums prior to the submission deadline. Original documents were posted Dec. 14, 2018. Addendums will be noted with a revision date. All bids are due Jan. 16, 2019 at 4 p.m. CST.

    For the bid to be considered complete, please submit the following documents:

    • RFP and Cost Summary Sheet: Completely filled out and signed by an authorized representative.
      • Note: It is acceptable for vendors to submit partial bids for equipment that is specific to their inventory.
    • 12-14-18 b1 Lindbergh 2019-20 E-Rate 470 Category 2 RFP
    • Manufacturer's Literature: For confirmation purposes, cut sheets of all items that are bid.
