Lindbergh High School Interact Club is a service organization that partners with Rotary International. Interact works to make a positive difference in the lives of others at Lindbergh High School, in our local and world community. Interact has one club meeting and one officer/board meeting monthly. In addition, there are 3-4 service opportunities for the club to participate in each month.
At Lindbergh High School, Interact helps with Boonanza, Sunday Night Lights, Curriculum Nights, Green and Gold Nights, Open House, and Special Olympics.
Locally, Interacts works with Angels Arms, Fountainview Nursing Home, Tesson Heights Nursing Home, St. Anthony's Pediatric Unit, Charitable Walks, a Rotary/Interact Community Garden, food pantries, women shelters, Adopt-a-Family, Clean Stream, and other local causes.
Internationally, Interact works with Shelter Box, Doctors Without Borders, Shoeman Project, Polio Plus, Literacy Movement, and the Partnership with Mayan Families in Guatemala where we install water filters, stoves, teach in preschools, help in senior and homeless shelters, and donate supplies and clothing to those in need. These trips take place every other year.
