Students Sign Letters of Intent for College Play

Pitcher Ben Kelsch, son of Mike and Kim Kelsch, has played baseball for 12 years. In 2014, he was named second team All-Conference. Ben is a Renaissance award winner, participates in the A+ Tutoring Program, and is a member of DECA. He plans to major in sports management at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, where he will play baseball for the Mules, for coach Kyle Crookes.
Catcher Derek Renner, son of Paul and Kelly Renner is a Renaissance award winner and a member of the Varsity L Club. Derek also plans to major in sports management at Maryville University, where he will play as a Saint for coach Seth Van Behren.
Outfielder Brittany Stevens, daughter of Jeff and Sharon Stevens, is a Renaissance award winner as well. She plans to major in Education at Southeast Missouri State University, where she will play softball for the Redhawks, for coach Mark Redburn.
